- Childhood immunisations - are we looking at a crisis.
- The current international perspective – recent developments, the next 12-24 months, Australian indigenous rates of immunisation and lessons learned.

Bryn Thompso
Bryn is a General Practitioner who has worked at Auckland Regional Public Health Service for 5 years.
Passionate about wellness and disease prevention, he contributes across many areas at ARPHS including contact tracer training, disease surveillance, enteric diseases, acute rheumatic fever, outbreaks and house officer supervision.

Owen Sinclair
Owen is a Māori general paediatrician (Te Rarawa) and is one of only 6 Māori general paediatricians in Aotearoa. He is involved in a number of national committees trying to address ethnic inequities in health.
Regarding immunisation Owen is Chair of the national immunisation task force and the Metro Auckland immunisation governance group. He is also a member of CV-Tag and the CV-IMB.

Chris Maher
Chris is a Senior Specialist Advisor, Health Emergencies, at Respond Global an emergency response consultancy focusing on international health crises and disaster. His career has included being on the frontline of polio eradication and immunisation programme management. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Scientist and Senior Advisor to the global programme in 2012. In January 2018 he was awarded the title of Officer of the Order of Australia by the Government of Australia, in recognition of his work in this area. More recently Mr Maher was Senior Adviser to the Director-General of the WHO in Geneva. He is a Current Senior Adviser to UNICEF Australia on Vaccines and Immunisation.
