Andrew Williams
Andrew works as a Consultant urologist at Auckland District Health Board and Counties Manukau District Health Board. He is a member of the Ministry of Health Prostate Cancer Workforce and Medical Advisor for the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Testicular Cancer NZ.
He has previously chaired the NZ Board of Urology and is currently is an examiner for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. His special interests include:
- Urological oncology
- Robotic surgery
- Laparoscopic nephrectomy and partial nephrectomy
- Radical cystectomy with and without neobladder formation.
- Laser prostatectomy
- General urology - including ureteroscopy and ESWL

Simon Van Rij
Simon is a NZ trained urologist with a passion for men's health and for ensuring that NZ men receive the world's best level of care. After completing his training, he headed to Melbourne for a fellowship in robotic surgery and complex uro-oncology. Using these skills, he worked at Guy's Hospital in London as a robotic consultant specialist in the UK's largest prostate/kidney centre.
Simon was integral in the prostate cancer diagnostic program using MRI fusion technology. Simon was also employed for his expertise in laser HOLEP surgery in this highly specialised field.
Simon has extensive experience in Laparoscopic surgery and kidney stone treatments and surgery and treats all other urological conditions, including vasectomy and circumcision.

Vicki Holmes
From graduation in 1979, Vicki worked in Musculoskeletal & Orthopaedics physiotherapy until broadening her career teaching childbirth education & aquanatal classes, gaining her Dip Childbirth education in 1994.
Currently, Vicki's focus and passion is her clinical work at the ADHB and private practice, work that now encompasses male continence and pelvic pain.

Justine Andrew
Justine is a urology nurse specialist leading the erectile dysfunction clinic at the urology institute. With over 20 years of experience across the public and private sectors specialising in urology, Justine is passionate about helping men with erectile dysfunction through applying a biopsychosocial approach within the multidisciplinary team at the urology institute.
Justine’s friendly and caring approach puts men and their partners at ease when discussing the patient's and his partner's expectations and needs. In collaboration with her urologist colleagues, Justine provides assessment, and education and ensures practical solutions are implemented.
