Conversations with parents about unhealthy weight in a child

Dr Christine McIntosh, Susan Reid and Hayden McRobbie use case studies to discuss childhood obesity, and how to address the issue of talking with parents/caregivers about an overweight child.

Talking points include the need to have conversations earlier rather than later, assessing growth as a general indicator of health, and overviewing some simple brief interventions that work.
