Today I noticed

Today I noticed is a creative mindfulness practice based on the prompt, “Today I noticed.” In this webinar, participants will discover how these three words are an invitation to pause, observe, and then record (with words and a simple sketch) some of the tiny moments of daily life that often slip by unnoticed.

After more than five years of intentionally noticing and recording the “little things,” founders Willow and Deborah will discuss how this simple yet powerful practice makes life richer and brighter and boosts gratitude, optimism, and joy—which we all need more than ever these days. Plus, anyone (and everyone!) can instantly integrate Today I Noticed mindfulness into their daily lives—no meditation pillow required.

Willow and Deborah will talk about how paying attention helps us feel:

  • Present & grateful. Pausing—even for an instant—helps us stop taking the simple moments of ordinary life for granted.
  • Focused & efficient. Today I Noticed is a gentle, natural way to stop feeling distracted and overwhelmed.
  • Empathetic & connected. Sharing observations reminds us of how much we all have in common and builds community and collaboration.
  • Creative & inspired. Today I Noticed provides a simple framework for creative expression and a much-needed break from our plugged-in, noisy world.
