Never underestimate the psychological impact of acne at any age.
What you may regard as mild the patient may regard as severe.
It is fully treatable.
Move through the treatment ladder progressively and if needed on to Isotretinoin.
Start Isotretinoin if acne is severe and/or there is a risk of scarring which is preventable.
