Destination & Venue
Due Drop Events Centre
Auckland's premiere centre for conferences, events, exhibitions, functions and concerts.
Parking
The Due Drop Events Centre has 750 free secure car parks on-site.
Transport
The airport is only a 15-minute drive from the Due Drop Events Centre. Taxis and Ubers are available at all times of the day from the front of the airport terminal.
Manukau City Centre transport station is about a 20-minute walk from the Events Centre with regular bus connections to the airport and bus and train connections to the CBD and greater Auckland. For public transport information visit AT Transport.
The Due Drop Events Centre is 10 minutes from the airport and less than 25 minutes from the centre of Auckland by car.

Insurance
If travelling from outside of New Zealand, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit to New Zealand and to protect against cancellation charges, loss or damage to your luggage and personal effects, loss of cash and medical expenses.
Name Badges
Name badges will be given to all delegates on registration. We ask that you wear your badge at all times, including social functions.

Registration includes:
- Attendance to all sessions on the day/days you are registered to attend

Payment is by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided). Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of the registration form and payment.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. Tel: + 64 9 360 1240 Email: [email protected]
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full symposium fee less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received by 3 February 2023. After that date no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

The “Goodfellow Symposium 2023” activity on (25 March 2023), has been endorsed by The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) and has been approved for up to 16 CME credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) purposes. Attendees can claim 1 CME credit per 1 learning hour. |

Accomodation
Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below and rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

Reservations
Your accommodation booking is made when you register for the Symposium via the online registration form.
Bookings should be made no later than 15 February 2023. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. A credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation.
