Registration includes:
- Attendance to all sessions on the day/days you are registered to attend.
- Morning, and afternoon teas, and lunches are included on the day/days you are registered to attend.
- Free Networking function, for those attending on Saturday.
- Free carparking.
Payment is by credit card (secure transmission facilities provided). Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of the registration form and payment.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. Tel: + 64 9 360 1240 Email: [email protected]
If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full symposium fee less an administration charge of $100) will be made, providing notification is received by February 7 2025. After that date, no refunds will be made.
If the Symposium is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
CPD

The Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP) has approved this programme for up to 32 education hours for General Practice Education Programme Stage 2 (formerly AVE) and Maintenance of Professional Standards (MOPS) purposes. Attendees can claim 2 CME credits per 1 learning hour. |

RNZCUC CME points are awarded for a full day (6 CME points) or half day (3 CME points). |
