Making the best use of vaccines: My ideal vaccination programme

In a non-resource-constrained world, what would be the ideal approach to vaccination?

Here is my prioritisation list for the most effective vaccines for different age groups;  the current funded schedule vaccines, the best of the private market vaccines and those on the horizon.
