Consultant Psychiatrist
Cheryl is an adult psychiatrist and is currently the Clinical Director for Pathways New Zealand, a non-government organisation providing mental health and addiction support to communities across the country. Prior to joining Pathways she worked for 10 years across different parts of specialist mental health services within Te Whatu Ora Waitematā (formerly Waitematā District Health Board), with 6 of those years as a Primary Care Liaison psychiatrist working closely with General Practitioners and their teams. She does undergraduate medical student teaching in Psychiatry as an Honorary Senior Lecturer with the University of Auckland.
