Erin has a long history of passion towards healthcare education and working as a Simulation Nurse Educator. She has a clinical background in paediatric emergency nursing and management for over 15 years. Erin is passionate about psychological safety in simulation and human factors and is the Nursing Director of the company Med Sim Solutions.
