Dr Michael Wynn-Williams works in public and private practice as an endometriosis specialist and Minimally Invasive Gynaecology Surgeon based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Michael leads the Minimally Invasive Gynaecology Service (MIGS) at Te Toka Tumai, Auckland, Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand and is the training director for the Auckland AGES Advanced Training Program (AATP) Fellowship.
Michael’s private rooms are based at Advanced Gynaecology Auckland, Ascot Central, and he provides surgical services at Ascot Hospital in Remuera.
Internationally, Michael is the current Vice President of the Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy & Surgery Society (AGES) and is the founder and chair of the AGES Laparoscopic Anatomy Pelvic Dissection (LapD) education program run at Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Michael is an associate editor of the Journal of Minimally Invasive Gynaecology. Locally, he is chair of the clinical advisory committee and a board member of Endometriosis New Zealand. He is also a member of the medical advisory committee of Endometriosis Australia.
